What is Kashier?
Kashier is an open source widget that gives you the ability to quickly record a grocery list of items that you
may or may not want to purchase in the future. It is also very different than a calculator in the sense that it
will keep track of taxed and non-taxed items by a push of a button. Kashier is also designed to allow you to
change the tax rate, open mulitiple copies of the widget to allow for separate independent lists, and export
your list (in HTML format) for easy printing or emailing.

I am pleased to announce that according to my numbers... Kashier has been downloaded over 3000 times. I am really excited for the future of Apple with Leopard and Dashboard widget development. The future is bright and I am trying my best to contribute my part to that. It makes me so happy that a lone developer with a passion for helping people and wanting to make life better can do that in a small way. I am encouraged by what I see in technology and I am looking forward to contributing more to this constantly thriving community. Thanks to all who use Kashier. More to come soon.
